Message	it does have a flare , 2" offset from top to bottom and its only 2" high . it's just the angle the pic was taken and becauce the scoop extends past the back of the hood and contours with the windshield . giving it the effect that the sides are straight down in the pic.The reflection and angle make it look high and straight sided . ill work on my photography and spelling ,ha.
